We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information while using the Trust & Freedom Recovery Tool and the Trustyy App.

We collect the following information:
From Parents:

Name and email
Survey responses about freedoms, concerns, and parenting priorities

From Teens:

Name and age
Responses to AI coaching conversations
Custom trust-building plans

2. How We Use the Information

To guide meaningful conversations between teens and the AI coach
To generate trust-building plans
To set up user profiles inside the Trustyy App
To support follow-through on tasks, rewards, and trust tracking
To improve the AI model using anonymized data only

3. Who Can Access the Data

Only the internal Trustyy team has access to identifiable user data
No third-party services have access to your personal data

4. Data Retention

We retain data briefly while users decide whether to join the Trustyy App
If they do, data is imported into their user profile
All other data is anonymized or deleted after a short period
Users may request data deletion at any time

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request access to your personal information
Ask for correction or deletion
Withdraw your consent to data use at any time
