Welcome to the Trust & Freedom Recovery Tool. By using this tool, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

By using the Trust & Freedom Recovery Tool (“the Tool”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tool.

2. Purpose of the Tool

This Tool is designed to help teens and parents rebuild trust through guided conversations and personalized planning. It is not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health services.

3. Who Can Use This Tool

The Tool is intended for users aged 13 and older.
Users under 18 must have parent or guardian permission to participate.

4. Data Usage

We collect responses from both the parent and teen to guide the AI conversation.
If a parent and teen choose to continue with the Trustyy app, the data is securely transferred into their profile.
Otherwise, data is retained temporarily and deleted after a short period.

5. AI Limitations & Disclaimers

This Tool is not monitored by a live person.
It does not offer professional medical or psychological advice.
Outcomes are not guaranteed; trust may or may not improve.
Use at your own discretion and in consultation with professionals as needed.

6. Subscriptions & Pricing

Initial use of the Tool is free.
Continued access and personalized support are available through the Trustyy app for $29/month.
Subscription can be managed in the app.

7. Changes to These Terms

Trustyy, LLC may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Tool implies acceptance of any changes.
